Privacy notice
Erkan Erbay is the controller of the personal data described here, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The site has no forms, no accounts, no scripts and no analytics.
Visiting the site. The host, Netlify, Inc., records technical data for each request: IP address, time, requested path, browser user agent and referring page. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure, not to profile you. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify keeps these logs under its own retention periods. Cloudflare, Inc. runs the DNS. Some processing takes place in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Writing to me. If you message me on LinkedIn I receive your LinkedIn profile details and the message, and use them to answer you. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, or the legitimate interest in answering the messages I receive (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are deleted when the conversation no longer needs it, unless the law requires it to be kept.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy in a portable format, or that processing be restricted, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Message me on LinkedIn; I answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence. Personal data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. It loads only files from this site: no third-party scripts, fonts, embeds or analytics. The LinkedIn icon is a link, and LinkedIn receives nothing from this site unless you follow it.
